Expected Student Outcomes

The Rational Learner

  • Restoration Academy students will learn, with order and structure, and respond to daily challenges through an inspiring and dynamic curriculum.  

  • Restoration Academy students will develop and utilize critical thinking and time management skills to be successful in today’s world through classwork, homework, and extracurricular activities.  

  • Restoration Academy students will live out the consequences of their decisions through the culture of discipline and discipleship.

  • Restoration Academy students will be responsible, hard-working, and earn their grades and reputation through sweat equity.

The Physical Learner

  • Restoration Academy students are image bearers of God and will respect and honor one another and hold human life in high regard. Though instruction, Christ-Centered discipline, counseling, and anti-bullying initiatives.

  • Restoration Academy students will govern their bodies with purity, neatness, dignity, and respect by adhering to the uniform and grooming policies as well as our student code of conduct.

  • Restoration Academy students will engage in hands-on experiments, activities, and projects to stimulate their bodies and their minds.

  • Restoration Academy students will learn to love God with their strength through physical education, health, and a wide array of sports and after school activities.

The Relational Learner

  • Restoration Academy students will value the importance of forming and maintaining dynamic relationships through mentoring, tutoring, and discipleship.

  • Restoration Academy students will engage in cooperative learning activities to bolster learning in the classroom.

  • Restoration Academy students will learn to love their neighbor as themselves through opportunities to serve their peers, their school community, and in their community.

  • Restoration Academy students will develop a Biblical/ethical worldview of technology integration.

The Aesthetic/Creative Learner

  • Restoration Academy students will devote a portion of their learning to creating beautiful works of art and projects to bolster their education through dance, visual arts, music, creative writing, and technology.  

The Emotional Learner

  • Restoration Academy students will demonstrate self-control with cell phone and other technologies as well as words and action as outlined in our handbook.

  • Restoration Academy students will love one another as Christ has loved us.

  • Restoration Academy students will seek the welfare of those around them in their classroom, community, city, and world through service initiatives, Bible classes, and mission trips.

The Worshiping Learner

  • Restoration Academy students will develop spiritual disciplines through daily devotions, prayers, scripture memory, and worshipful songs.

  • Restoration Academy students are taught to “obey all of His commandments,” with the understanding that a true disciple of Christ is an obedient disciple.

  • Restoration Academy students will participate in Bible classes, chapel, student-led Bible studies, and small group Bible studies.

  • Through our college and career program, Restoration Academy students will learn how God has made them with unique gifts and talents to worship and glorify him in the plans he has for them.
