Four Cultural Distinctives
We encourage faculty and staff to prayerfully consider relocating to Fairfield. We want them
to join with other stakeholders in restoration efforts, following the example of Christ who
"became flesh and dwelt among us."
Currently, almost half of the staff within a two mile radius of the school.
We maintain heightened expectations and daily accountability
so that our students know they can learn and behave or face
the consequences for their refusal to do so.
Culture of Self-Efficacy
We meet our children at the point of their academic need
through a reading and math emphasis curriculum so that
they confirm to themselves that they can achieve. We expect
excellence but meet that with realism so that the students can overcome frustration.
Culture of Compassion
We provide opportunities for our students to participate in the
restoration of their community and world through mission outreaches.
By providing quarterly outreach efforts in the Fairfield Community
and annual mission trip opportunities to go overseas, our students
are able to work alongside their peers in helping others.
